Andrew Lippa (December 22, 1964) is an American composer, lyricist, book writer, performer, and producer. He is a resident artist at the Ars Nova Theater in New York City.
Terrence Mann and his musical, "The Addams Family," at the Mercury Theater of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois was awarded the 2015 Joseph Jefferson Equity Award for Midsize Musical Production.

He was awarded the Drama Desk Award in 2000 for music and the Outer Critics Circle Award for an Off Broadway musical for the Manhattan Theater Club's production of "The Wild Party" which he wrote the book and lyrics.
