David Garmston is an English journalist who currently works on BBC Points West and has worked in the west for over two decades. He is the second male anchor on the programme and works alongside Alex Lovell, Amanda Parr and Imogen Sellers. On Sundays, David presents the regional opt-out of the Sunday Politics.He has also appeared in several films in Bristol and the West.Garmston was born in Bristol and attended Cotham Grammar School.
