Sean Harris (born 1966) is an English actor, most famous for his role as Micheletto Corella in Showtime's television series The Borgias. Harris has appeared in several independent British films, most notably his performance as the Joy Division frontman Ian Curtis in the film 24 Hour Party People. He's also appeared in Brothers of the Head, Harry Brown, Brighton Rock, and critically acclaimed miniseries Red Riding Trilogy and Southcliffe. He broke into the mainstream with supporting roles as Fifield in Ridley Scott's Prometheus and Neil Jordan's The Borgias.
I used to like Barbra Streisand films. It was Funny Girl (1968) that really turned me on, in a sense, to acting. I remember it specifically being a rainy Saturday afternoon. I couldn't play football, so I stayed in, and I watched Funny Girl (1968).

Everyone says I'm intense, or I'm mad, or I play bad guys. I don't see any of that.

School was not a place I enjoyed.

I wasn't like, 'I want to be famous.' I just wanted to be an actor. I wasn't chasing anything. I was never stressed or worried. I never had any fear of rejection or not making it, anything like that.

I like the idea of playing people outside of society. That's where I tend to be drawn.
