He transferred to South Mountain Community College. When Bailey transferred to Nebraska, he led the Huskers in homers, RBIs, slugging percentage (.598), hits (63), doubles (15) and total bases (116). He recorded his first multi-homer day against the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners on May 9, going 3-for-5 with four RBIs.He was selected by the Houston Astros in the 23rd round of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft.
