He started Los Angeles French cuisine eatery Drai’s in 1993. In December 2013, he started a steakhouse on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles called Uncommon by Drai’s.. Drai possessed a now-shut site in March 2010, Drai’s Hollywood; a rooftop restaurant, pool, and club in the W Hotel in Hollywood. In 1997, Drai started Drai’s eatery on the Las Vegas Strip. A couple of years after, Drai added a club to the eatery, rebranding it Drai’s After Hours. In Vegas Seven’s 2012 Club Awards, Drai’s After Hours won “Best Spot To Vanish”. He now manages Drai’s After Hours nightclub at Bally’s Las Vegas. It’s a 90 ft. waterfall and lake in the middle of the nightclub. In the year 2012, Vegas Seven’s Club Awards given Tryst “Greatest Spot To Impress”. In 2013, Tryst set #8 in the Top 100 Nightclub & Bar Roll for Nightclub & Bar Magazine. Drai started XS club at Encore Las Vegas in 2008. ” In 2013, Nightclub & Bar Magazine granted XS the “Mega-Club of the Year”. Technomic, the Chicago-based hospitality market research company that associates with Nightclub & Bar magazine on The Top 100, named XS number one club in the country for 2010. In 2010, Drai was bought from his handling venture at Steve Wynn’s Tryst and XS to pursue other efforts. Drai’s started his latest Las Vegas club job Drai’s Beach Club & Cabaret on Memorial Day Weekend 2014 in Vegas at The Cromwell Las Vegas. This 65,000-square foot site has a bash pool and an indoor/outdoor nightclub spread out over two levels on top of the new Cromwell Hotel.
