Archie Pitt was born in 1895 in England as Archibald Abraham Selinger. He was a writer and actor, known for Looking on the Bright Side (1932), Barnacle Bill (1935) and Danny Boy (1934). He was married to Gracie Fields. He died on November 12, 1940 in London, England.
He and his brother Bert Aza were a music-hall act known as the Aza Boys. Bert left that career to become agent to Archie's wife Gracie Fields and his son and Archie's nephew Morris Aza followed in his footsteps by becoming an agent too.
