Max Benitz was born in 1985 in London, England. He is an actor and producer, known for Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003), Vandens ieskotojas (2014) and Tom Brown's Schooldays (2005).
Did two weeks' work experience as a filing clerk at the offices of The Spectator magazine (the oldest continuously published magazine in the English language). After seeing Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003), Boris Johnson (the editor) claimed that Benitz had shown "much the same dash and dispatch ... in rescuing my Toyota from the car pound."
