Willi One Blood (born William Harbour, Jr.) is a reggae singer, formerly New York-based and now in Miami, famous for the song "Whiney Whiney (What Really Drives Me Crazy)", included on the soundtrack album of the 1994 film Dumb and Dumber. The single peaked at number 62 on the Billboard charts.
