John Albert Niehoff (May 13, 1884 – September 8, 1974) was a second baseman in Major League Baseball who played for four different clubs between the 1913 and 1918 seasons. He batted and threw right-handed.
His playing career ended 31 May 1918 owing to an injury. Playing at second base for the New York Giants, he collided with outfielder Ross Youngs while chasing a pop-fly. His right leg was broken below the knee.

Following his playing career, he was a longtime minor league manager (including two seasons in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League [1943-1944]) and major league scout.
