Trude Marlen (1912–2005) was an Austrian stage and film actress. She was the second wife of Wolf Albach-Retty, and moved to Germany to live with him during the Nazi era where she was well-connected with the Nazi leadership. She appeared in lead roles in several German films of the 1930s such as Bachelor's Paradise (1939) although she remained primarily a theatre actress. She later recolated to Vienna and appeared in a number of Austrian films during the post-Second World War years such as Who Kisses Whom? (1947).
Instead of movies she impersonated many roles on stages. She played among others at the Burgtheater in Vienna and belong to the foundation members of the Kleine Komödie in Vienna.

Curly-locked Austrian leading lady of the 1930's, daughter of a prominent landowner. She was an important star with Ufa during the 1930's, billed as "the German Jean Harlow", though, for the most part she was rather the Viennese equivalent of the 'girl next door', engaging and uncomplicated. From 1941 to 1945, Trude was an ensemble member of the Vienna Burgtheater. Her film work diminished after the war, but she reemerged in the 1970's and 80's as a popular performer with the "Kleinen Komödie" in Vienna (of which she was co-founder).
