Tate Ellington (born James Tate Ellington) is an American actor from Mississippi. He is best known for his role as Aidan Hall, best friend of Tyler Hawkins (played by Twilight star Robert Pattinson) in the 2010 film Remember Me. Ellington starred as Oliver Hunt in the 2006 film The Elephant King, and has appeared in television shows such as The Unusuals, Rescue Me, The Good Wife, and Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23. He also acted in the 2009 Broadway play The Philanthropist which starred Matthew Broderick.
He graduated from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre Performance.
