Tamerlane Lincoln Kennedy, Jr. (born February 12, 1971) is a former American college and professional football player who was an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for eleven seasons. He played college football for the University of Washington, and was recognized as an All-American. A first-round draft pick in the 1993 NFL Draft, he played professionally for the Atlanta Falcons and Oakland Raiders of the NFL. He is currently a broadcaster for Fox Sports and Premiere Radio Networks.
Inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2015.

He was a two time Pro Bowl player in 2001 and 2002 for the National Football League's Oakland Raiders. Due to his doubly presidential name, he is nicknamed "The Oval Office."

He was a first round pick by the Atlanta Falcons in 1993 (and played with them for three years before being traded to Oakland before the 1996 season). He retired in 2004. In 2006, He attempted a comeback with the Dallas Cowboys, but was unsuccessful after failing the required physical.
