Michael Jeremy Thomas Clyde (born 22 March 1941) is an English actor and musician. He made his first public appearance as a pageboy at the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom in 1953. During the 1960s, he was one half of the folk duo Chad & Jeremy, who had little success in the UK but were an object of interest to American audiences. He has enjoyed a long television acting career, and continues to appear regularly, usually playing upper-middle class or aristocratic characters.

1Chad and Jeremy have been working together since reuniting in 2004. They are doing concert tours, and are working on a retrospective album, as well as a CD of new material. [April 2008]

He also attended the University of Grenoble in Grenoble, France for one year. He would later go on to attend and graduate from the Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London where he studied acting. This is also where he met musical partner, Chad Stuart in 1960.

9Appeared in 'Passion Flower Hotel', a 1965 stage musical written by John Barry & Trevor Peacock. The show ran for 6 months at The Prince Of Wales theatre, London and also starred: Karin Fernald, Michael Cashman, Jane Birkin, Francesca Annis, Pauline Collins, Nicky Henson and Bill Kenwright.
