Shirley "Sheree" June Winton (4 November 1936 – 29 May 1976) was an English actress, and the mother of television presenter Dale Winton. She made many film and television appearances throughout her career, often referred to as 'the English Jayne Mansfield'. She committed suicide in 1976 by taking an overdose of barbiturates after a lifelong battle with clinical depression.
