That second movie brought Smothers his first AVN Award nomination, as Best Actor, at the Adult Video News Awards in January 2004. Smothers was nominated again, in January 2007, for his uncanny impression of Don Adams, of "Get Smart" fame, for the X-rated parody "Get Luckier."
