Richard Baker (full name L. Richard Baker III) is an American author and a game designer who has worked on many Dungeons & Dragons campaign settings.
He was awarded the 2003 Joseph Jefferson Award Citation for Actor in a Supporting Role in a Play for "Awake and Sing!" at the TimeLine Theatre Company in Chicago, Illinois.
