Ray Bellew was born on January 1, 1939 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He was an actor, known for Razzle Dazzle (1961), Notes for a Film About Donna & Gail (1966) and Skipper & Co. (1974). He was married to Rose and Brenda. He died on October 10, 2006 in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada.
In the 1960s he hosted a teen radio show, which he also took into the schools, playing music and interviewing students.
