Paola Mori was born on September 18, 1928 in Italy as Paola Di Girifalco. She was an actress, known for Confidential Report (1955), Eager to Live (1953) and Crossed Swords (1954). She was married to Orson Welles. She died on August 12, 1986 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Estranged from Orson Welles for decades, the couple were never divorced. Oja Kodar became Welles' longtime companion both personally and professionally from 1966 on. A year after Orson's 1985 death, Paola and Oja finally agreed on the settling of his will. However, on the way to their meeting to sign the papers, Paola was killed in a car accident. Subsequently, Oja reached an agreement with Beatrice Welles, daughter of Mori and Welles.
