Léon Barsacq (18 October 1906 – 23 December 1969) was a Russian production designer, art director and set decorator. He was nominated for an Academy Award in the category Best Art Direction for the film The Longest Day. He was the brother of French theatre director André Barsacq.

1After training at the School of Decorative Arts in Paris, Barsacq worked as an assistant under Andre Andrejew before becoming a fully-qualified art director from 1934. He was noted for his atmospheric sets in films by Jean Renoir and Rene Clair. A book about his craft, Le Decor de Film, was posthumously published in 1970.
