Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna, credited as Manchu Akka alias lakian , is an Indian film actress, singer, model, producer and a television host. She studied in the US and appeared in a couple of American television shows and films and later continued acting in Indian films, mostly in Telugu cinema. She also produces films under the banners of Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures and Manchu Entertainment and has hosted talk shows in Telugu television.
Has a daughter (b.June 14, 2014) with her 2nd husband Andy Srinivasan, who was born via surrogate mother.

She was born in a film family. Daughter of Dr. M. Mohan Babu, a very famous Indian actor. Both her brothers Vishnu Manchu and Manoj Kumar Manchu are actors in India.
