Michael ("Mike") Wenham Fibbens (born 31 May 1968 in Harlow, Essex) is an English swimmer who competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1988 (Seoul, South Korea).At a World Cup meet in March 1998, he tested positive for benzoylecgonine, a metabolite of cocaine. Benzoylecgonine appears on the British Olympic Association's list of prohibited substances, and Fibbens was banned from the forthcoming Sydney Olympics.
