Ethel Jewett (September 8, 1877 in Portland, Oregon - December 8, 1944 in Los Angeles, California) was an American silent film actress. She appeared in films such as The Land Beyond the Sunset (1912), Article 47, L' (1913), The Undertow (1915) and Fairy Fern Seed (1915). She worked for a period with the Edison Stock Company.
Brown-haired and brown-eyed supporting actress of early silent cinema, educated in Portland and San Francisco. After earlier stage experience, she appeared in films for Biograph, Edison, Gaumont, Famous Players and Thanhouser, often cast as lady crooks. She left films after 1916. Her favorite pastimes were horseback riding, motoring, and painting.
