Paulette Randall (born in London, England, in 1961) is a British theatre director of Jamaican descent. She was chair of the board of Clean Break Theatre Company in 2006-07, and is former artistic director of the Talawa Theatre Company. She was the associate director for the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics.
She was awarded the MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2015 Queen's Birthday Honours List for her services to Drama. She is the Theatre Director and Producer in London, England.
