Actress with extensive stage experience. With David Belasco's company, 1906-1922. Best known for 'The Rose of the Rancho' (1906), with the New York Times review (November 28) describing her as 'an exceptional talent'. She followed this with another success in 'The Easiest Way' (1909-1911). Frances was a one-hit wonder in Hollywood with Five Star Final (1931), then returned to the stage. She was not seen on screen again until 1949, as a guest actress in early TV series.
