Esther Gordy Edwards (April 25, 1920 – August 24, 2011) was a staff member and associate of her younger brother Berry Gordy's Motown label during the 1960s. Edwards created the Motown Museum, Hitsville U.S.A., by preserving the label's Detroit studio. She also served as President of the Motown Museum.
While her brother moved Motown to Los Angeles in 1972, she remained in Detroit where she collected Motown artifacts and was responsible for establishing a permanent collection of Motown history.

She turned the original Detroit headquarters of Motown Records into the Motown Historical Museum. She was an executive, senior vice president, director of Motown International Operations, and corporate secretary.
