Was discovered by Laura Matook (a friend of casting Director Valerie McCaffrey)at the Kinko's on Riverside and Pass in Burbank around Midnight. Laura looked at Eric's resume. And wrote a referral note on a post it, telling Valerie McCaffrey to audition him for anything she had. Valerie brought him in for Problem Child 2. Eric originally read for a small part of the Mover, but was then audition for the part of Murph (the Bully of the 6th grade). Eric was age 24.

Use to drive Jamie Kennedy, Danny Woodburn, Bill Torres, and other stand up comics to gigs in a Van from his day job at Klasky/Csupo. Klasky/Csupo finally took the Van away from Eric after they realized how much mileage he was putting on it.
