Elsie Waters was born on August 19, 1893 in Poplar, London, England as Florence Elsie Waters. She was an actress, known for It's in the Bag (1944), Gert and Daisy's Weekend (1942) and Gert and Daisy Clean Up (1942). She died on June 14, 1990 in Steyning, Sussex, England.
She was awarded the OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in the 1946 King's Birthday Honours List for her services to the Forces during World War II.
