Sonya Crawford is a U.S. journalist. Born in Seoul, South Korea, she has a bachelor's degree in political science and communication from Stanford University. She is a former national board member and current active member of the Asian American Journalists Association. She was, until June 2007, a special-events anchor and correspondent in Washington, D.C. for ABC News. She announced on a broadcast of World News Now that she and her husband are moving to Minnesota, and they are expecting their first child.
