Orlando Drummond (born October 18, 1919 in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian stage, television and film actor, best known for his dubbing works of Seu Peru in the series Escolinha do Professor Raimundo and also as the voice of Scooby Doo, Alf, and Popeye.
He entered the Guinness Book of Records for dubbing the dog Scooby Doo for 40 years.

He has been robbed at a highway, but when the thieves have recognized him as being the character Seu Peru and as the voice of Scooby Doo, they decided to let him go, after he did some performances and to have drunk beer with them.

He dubbed the Papa Smurf in the Brazilian Version of "The Smurfs"(2011) and The Smurfs 2(2013), in the cartoon he dubbed Gargamel.
