Carol Locatell is an American actress who has starred in films, television and on Broadway born December 13, 1940. She is perhaps best known for her role in the 1985 horror movie Friday the 13th: A New Beginning as the foul-mouthed mean lady named Ethel.Her first movie was 1973's Coffy. She also appeared in the Burt Reynolds films Paternity, Best Friends and Sharky's Machine. Carol's most recent film was the 2005 movie The Family Stone.Locatell started an acting workshop in Manhattan, New York and is still running it.
