Garry Pankhurst (born October 1958) is an Australian former child actor, best known for his role as Sonny Hammond in the 1960s Australian children's television series Skippy. He left the acting profession and went into hotel and restaurant management, before starting a career in meat export to Malaysia
Left showbiz and has done pretty well for himself managing restaurants and hotels. He currently lives in Queensland and his latest venture is exporting to Malaysia. [December 2007]
